Pursuant to Art. 6 para. 3 of HG 925/2006 purchaser intends to supplement the 50% maximum quantity of products purchased, since 01/01/2016, for the first 4 months of 2016 by way of addenda agreed with the supplier, depending on needs and availability of resources allocated to this destination. We specify that the aggregate estimated value of the acquisition (so + the 4 months of 2016) is 2522 018.25 RON, without VAT, of which 1 681 345.50 RON, VAT represents the acquisition value for 2015 and 840 672, 75 RON, VAT excluded, the amount of any addenda in 2016. Important: the offer is developed considering the estimated quantity and value of the lot up to 31.12.2015, reported no cumulative estimated value (value up possible cases adtionate on 31.12.2015 + 2016).
