The condition is to maintain the continuous operation of existing qualified trust services (SNCA3), maintain their credibility and ensure subsequent parallel operation of the original SNCA3, providing basic services during the lifecycle of issued certificates (especially certificate revocation, CRL publishing, OCSP service operation) and the new SNCA4, which will provide all KDS.
