This service will assist the Association to critically review its functions to ensure continuous improvement, review internal controls and satisfy the requirements of the Scottish Housing Regulator.The Association carries out an annual assessment of risk and, based on this, the selected service provider will agree with the Audit Committee those aspects of the plan that are considered fundamental and may therefore require annual review.The service has been put to tender as the current contractual arrangements have expired. The appointment will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years.
