The team must allow the acquisition and analysis of clear field and fluorescence images with the capacity to make reconstructions in 3D. You should also allow mosaics of large samples or entire slides with great resolution both with fluorescence and with transmitted light. Due to the complexity of the samples to analyze, an image improvement system is required to be analyzed that allows the analysis of thick samples with an improvement in Z resolution eliminating the light out of Focus. The object of the contract It also contains the training of one day (8 hours) on the basic foundations of the use of the instrument and software supplied for 3 members of the unit personnel.
