To allow driving the vehicle integration of different technologies needed. In addition to the construction of the vehicle itself (automotive technology and vehicle control) is accurate routing versus the environment required, for which the vehicle must be equipped special, a development of a control room and the integration of various technologies such as digitization, positioning, camera and sensor technologies. Vehicles must be approved by the Department of Road Transport to be for the public road should also be participated in knowledge about liability, operation, etc .. In November / December 2015 is a demonstration scheduled on public roads. The entire test phase will last until mid-2016, after which the vehicle is available for passengers and timber harvesting can be transferred. All the knowledge developed during the pilot will be the intellectual property of the province of Gelderland who will make this knowledge available to everyone. The assignment is recorded in a cooperation of the Province and TU Delft.
