Client makes frequent use of the services of telemarketing agencies to recruit members, gift givers and subscribers via so-called lukewarm and warm address files. The EO does not recruit via cold address files and as a result of cold calling falls outside the scope of this tender. Because of the scope of services the client shall conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of four telemarketing firms and provide additional orders via mini competitions (see section 1.4 of the tender documents). A window contractor only performs services for the client if he has been awarded an additional order. Client is looking for telemarketing agencies that can contribute to increasing the range score and conversion, partly because they work with a team of telecedenten that are very capable at every telephone campaign to feel flawlessly on the target group of the EO . The Client has extensive experience in setting up call instances and scripts that fit the marketing objectives of the EO. Prior to conducting a telephone campaign will provide the client belbestanden, scripts and associated dialing instructions to the contractor.
