These questions are included in the attached Tender Response Document.The contract will be awarded to the contractor providing the most economically advantageous tender offering optimum value for money to SCRA based on both price and quality. The Price:Quality split is 80:20. Quality evaluation questions are also included in the attached documents.Terms & Conditions of Contract shall be The Standard Building Contract with Quantities for use in Scotland, SBC/Q/SCOT 2011 Edition.
