Sensions in houses (studs installed in plinths) are also checked on a number of buildings in the inner city and in the Old Town. The city's digital archive contains about 480 groundwater pipes and 25 soil mirrors as well as about 1,360 setting studs in the Old Town and in the inner city. However, some of these are out of function, removed etc. The purpose of the measurements is to control groundwater levels and setting movements, partly for a general follow -up and partly for the results to be a basis in various assessments and investigations.
