The subject of the order is the creation and running of the Pomeranian office in China, which will provide services for micro, small and medium-sized companies based in the Pomeranian Voivodeship and the business environment institutions operating for these companies and organize the mission. 2. The order will be carried out on time from signing the contract until 31 December 2022 3. The submitted offer must be secured by a bid bond covering the binding period by PLN 30,000 (in words: thirty thousand zlotys). 4. The bid bond should be brought before the deadline for submission of tenders. Involved by a bid bond, including a prolonged binding period, or the payment of a bid bond after this date will result in rejection of the contractor's offer. 5.
