The number of storeys of the building is the basement ground floor. The building is an indented floor plan divided into two volumes located on two levels. The lower basement semi-buried part of the building extends in a north-south direction and is oriented towards the garden and greenery on the western, lower part of the plot. Accommodation units are separated in the upper rectangular duplex volume. The upper volume is placed on the basement of the building, in the east-west direction, which achieves the optimal southern orientation of all accommodation units. The eastern part of the upper volume of the building is located on the roof of the basement and the surrounding terrain. The area of ??the floor plan projection is 1654 m2, and the height of the building is 11. 3 m. The gross construction area of ??the building is 2717. 3 m2. The capacity of the home is 50 users, plus 20 daily users. There are 16 single and 17 double rooms with an additional room for insulation.
