The evaluation must be carried out from 2020-2028 and coordinated with an initial follow-up evaluation of the physical transformation processes. Quantitative and qualitative studies must be conducted at the area and individual levels. The purpose of the follow-up evaluation is to support the change process in the 8 residential areas as well as to provide and disseminate analyzes that examine results and contexts, thus helping to understand mechanisms that contribute to / prevent exposure at both area and individual levels. The task is thus to follow, support, understand and communicate the changes and impacts that the efforts in the hard ghetto areas contribute, including the connection between social, rental and physical efforts, the contribution of housing social efforts to the change and the connection between the development in the hard ghetto areas and the other general housing sector.
