This consultation seeks the award of negotiated contracts, launched under Articles 144.i.1 °, 165 and 166 of the Public Procurement Code. The procedure is broken down into three (3) batches designated as follows: - Lot 1: The supply of original spare parts manufacturer or OEM for brand Konvekta air conditioning units. - Lot 2: The supply of original spare parts manufacturer or OEM for Hispacold brand air conditioning units. - Lot 3: The supply of original spare parts manufacturer or OEM for brand Eberspacher air conditioning units / Sütrak. Candidates have the opportunity to bid for one, several or all lots. Each lot will result in the award of a separate contract. Are contracts to supply contracts. They refer to the general administrative clauses applicable to current supply contracts and services (GCC / FCS), approved by Decree of 19.1.2009. The duration of contracts is three years from the date of notification, tacitly renewable twice, unless otherwise decided by the written RTM, communicated with three months~ notice by registered letter with postal acknowledgment of receipt. Each extension has a term of one year. The holder can not oppose it.
