The contract is the development of a competency model workers and jobs IRS under the national project The national training program for the IRS in connection with the promotion of a person in distress and the role of the state security system. The outcome of the competency model of labor and employment positions involved in the creation and performance of the IRS, which will consist of the following components: I. the catalog of the position required knowledge and social characteristics of the individual positions of the reference competent models (the catalog); II. testing and evaluation 2,801 people involved in the IRS (the testing and evaluation); III. individual development plans of individuals for a period of five years who occupy these positions (the individual development plans).
