The participant is obliged to provide sponsors of telecommunications services, which means: - Provision of mobile voice and data services through GSM or UMTS GPRS / EDGE, 3G, LTE / 4G mobile operator network, -the other services and performance specified in this tender documentation and contract, - All activities related to provision in previous indents of these services and filling. The total number of existing SIM cards operated by the contracting authorities is about 4.700 pcs. Contracting entities reserves the right to change this quantity in the future according to their communication needs.
