Druskininkai municipality rain (surface) water collection and treatment infrastructure development special plan to carry out the service must fulfill the following objectives: 1. carry out detailed analysis of the rain (surface) water system infrastructure elements (networks, wells, facilities, equipment, etc.) And technical inventory of the existing state of the investigation; 2. identify the rain (surface) water management areas, noting the area planned rain (surface) water management infrastructure elements of the system; 3. Identify the rain (surface) water management infrastructure development direction, to ensure sustainable rain (surface) water networks; 4. reserve areas networks, establishing the planned land use, management, protection measures and other requirements; 5. provide areas of rain (surface) water treatment plants and sewage areas of accounting and pollution monitoring stations are equipped; 6. identify existing and planned rain (surface) water catchment areas of dischargers by separate types of coatings; 7. carry out the current storm (surface) water network hydraulic calculations, considering the probable development of infrastructure in urban areas; 8. provide overloaded and do not meet the technical requirements of the rain (surface) water sections of the network, dischargers, cleaning and reconstruction of hydraulic equipment and renovation; 9. examine the possibility of as many as possible of open water used as a flow control containers; 10. identify existing and planned land use, including open water, management and protection measures; 11.
