Independentei Nr. 227 Bucuresti Replacement Of Non-compliant Components Of The Automation Systems For The Combined Cycle Plant Within Cte Bucharest West (romania-bucharest: Repair Of Mainframe Computers) Contract award notice: Replacement of non-compliant components of the automation systems for the combined cycle plant within cte bucharest west (romania-bucharest: Repair of mainframe computers) Replacement of non-compliant components of the automation systems for the combined cycle plant within CTE Bucharest West: - lot I - general automation system including including gas compressor automation system; - lot II - the automation system related to the gas turbine; - lot III - the automation system for the boiler and steam turbine. The following services will be provided for each lot: - performing the audit of the existing automation system; - drawing up a technical project that will be approved by CTE-ELCEN; - preparation and testing of the components to be replaced; - inspection of systems with diagnostic report issue; - purchase and replacement of components with advanced wear; - installation of operating system, functional applications, dedicated software, existing applications with restoration operating screens, etc. with assurance of the proper functioning of the energy units; - installation of cyber security system general automation system; - ensuring interconnectivity between the automation systems; - synchronization of internal clocks of the equipment and servers within the systems and servers within the automation systems at the level of the Combined Cycle Power Plant from the NTP server; - cold and hot functional samples; - technical assistance for tests for the other automation systems; - technical assistance at the start and during the acceptance tests; - online technical assistance - technical support for damage situations or incidents prior to the damage that may occur during the warranty period. The number of days up to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 15. The contracting entity will respond in a clear and complete manner to all the clarifications / additional information that have been addressed by the interested economic operators within the term provided above, on the 10th day against the deadline for submitting the requests for participation.
