The process of procurement of laboratory equipment includes ddp parity, Delivered and carved, Unloaded to the site of installation, Mounted, Put into full function, With the training of the customer~s personnel on handling and operation with laboratory equipment, Complete servicing, Regular annual service, Elimination of failures and replacement of all components of a device that fail to operate in the full function of the device for a period of at least 5 (five) years from the date of delivery and release to the full function of the device.
