Definition of the principles and rules to which justice communications with citizens should comply; Ii. Analysis of all the templates related to the communications of the administrative and tax courts addressed to the citizens, Identifying, With the respective grounds, Those that do not comply with the principles and rules referred to in the previous paragraph; Iii. Elaboration of new texts for the templates referred to in the last part of the previous paragraph. B) articulations (models for simplification and procedural streamlining): I. Survey of the best examples of comparative law; Ii. Definition of the principles and rules to which the pleadings and other relevant procedural documents must comply; Iii. Elaboration of articulated models for all types of administrative and tax litigation; Iv. Elaboration of models for other relevant procedural documents of administrative and tax litigation; V. Identification of the measures that should be adopted to promote the use of the models. C) elaboration of sentences (model tending to its good understanding): I. Critical analysis regarding the model of sentence provided in the procedural laws; Ii. Elaboration of a manual of good practice in the preparation of sentences, From an extra-juridical perspective (including, In particular, The main aspects of its graphic presentation and how to make jurisprudential and bibliographical references). D) sitaf from the external user: I. Identification of the main constraints of sitaf for the external user. E) administrative process and tax procedure: I. Identification of the main constraints in administrative and tax procedural laws, Especially with a view to procedural simplification and streamlining, In addition to those already identified by the working groups for the reform of administrative and fiscal jurisdiction; Ii. Presentation of normative projects tending to solve the constraints that are identified.
