The subject of the tender is the realization of a complete VUV ellipsometer tools (except pumps and vacuum pumps) for time distinguishable magneto-optical reflection, absorption and ellipsometric experiments. The device provides photons of energy range from 3 to 100 eV for the reflection and absorption experiments and 3-40 eV for ellipsometry. This includes the following sections: Area for placement of solid samples, removable / replaceable UV and VUV polarizers for incoming and outgoing light detector with local control and DAQ system, UV light source and a spectrometer for off-line operation and calibration, suitable vacuum chamber basic support system. The system will provide a unique opportunity to the world time trial distinguishable in the field of material science. Applications will be particularly special importance, the study of electronic structure and dynamics of complex materials and their interfaces.
