This service is necessary to ensure the air transport services for the dignitaries/delegates/the personnel of the authorization for the digitalization of Romania who participate in events, meetings, fairs, exhibitions and other events in the field of competence of ADR. The subsequent contracts will be awarded by resuming the competition between the economic operators signatory of the framework agreement, according to art. 110 of GD no. 395/2016, and the element that will be the subject of resuming the competition will be the price for the requested air transport services.
