These will be delivered with the features and conditions required in the tender specifications. The payment will be made through the op within 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice registration by the beneficiary at the headquarters of the contracting authority and, Exceptionally, Within 60 calendar days from the date of its registration in accordance with the provisions of art. 7 par. (1) of updated law 72/2013. These will be delivered with the features and conditions required in the tender specifications. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting bids / applications is 15 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all clarification requests or additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting bids.
