The services are broken down into two distinct packages: - lot 1: supplies of 4.0 laptops and customer-oriented after-sales service; - lot 2: distribution of 4.0 laptops, monitoring of the fleet and management of the central stock. The annual provisional perimeter of establishments concerned by 4.0 is 350 and the estimated annual volume is 70,000 machines. The description of the services is presented in point II.2.4) below. For lot 1, the contract will be concluded in the form of a multi-beneficiary framework agreement within the limit of five holders: it will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts.
