The purchase of the contractual amount of natural gas for the period from 01.01. 2024 to 31.12. 2024 to offtake points Customer, including transport and distribution and in quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, compliance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operating rules of the gas distribution network operator. 2. Overnight delivery will be provided through a gas supply contract, including liability for damage for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 of the relevant gas day: In the assumed joint contract quantity (hereinafter referred to as SZM), 13,461.19 MWh with tolerance Maximum and minimum collection of 15 % in the Maloodber and Central Bank category for the Summary Day a maximum amount of 10,200 m³.
