Contract award notice: Exercise of author's supervision during the construction of the sites will be carried out by the designing teams, which have prepared the technical documentation within the meaning of the Spatial Development Act, according to the Law on CAB and CIP and Ordinance No. 4 of 21.5.2001 on the scope And the content of investment projects. Given the provision of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the TPA, the author's supervision is exercised by the designer, as the designer's prescriptions related to his copyright, for the exact execution of the investment project are obligatory for the other participants in the construction. The aim of the supervision is to observe the processes of execution of the construction works, to ensure observance of the parameters of the working projects and to give instructions during the implementation, as well as decisions in case of unforeseen circumstances in the realization of the projects. Authorization should be carried out on all parts of the investment project.
