This contract notice is published as part of the CEVA operation, the rail link Cornavin / Eaux-Vives / Annemasse. CEVA is a cross-border rail project that will connect France and Switzerland and will continue a service from one end to the other of the lines concerned. The CEVA project is divided into two sub-projects: - CEVA Switzerland, whose project management is provided by the Canton of Geneva and the Swiss Federal Railways, - CEVA France, the Project Management is provided by SNCF Network. CEVA France project is divided among four sub-operations: 1. The creation of the line trench between the border and the entrance to the station of Annemasse (Annemasse section / Border). The market to which this notice forms part of this sub-operation. 2. Redevelopment of Annemasse station to allow the arrival of CEVA train and integrate the station in multimodal transportation hub created. 3. The upgrading of the line Annemasse / La Roche-sur-Foron. 4. The modernization of the line Annemasse / Evian. Suboperation CEVA section Annemasse / Border is to remove the existing track, creating a double buried channel connected to the Swiss project and the entrance to the station of Annemasse. 3 crossings will be removed on this section. This external control market for civil works is to control and monitor the execution of civil works and related materials and equipment.
