This contract is to define the conditions of implementation of the technical verification, systematic and conditional preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and provision of emergency resources against fire on the different sites of the contracting public entity. The market is treated overall price for the portion of the provision corresponding to the preventive maintenance of the equipment concerned. Corrective maintenance services of equipment, supplies, consumables and spare parts are covered by unit prices and are processed purchase orders within the meaning of Article 77 of the aforementioned code. This contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of notification. It may be expressly extended to 3 times per 12 months. The public body shall notify the Contractor of its decision to renew before the anniversary date of the contract, the date of notification. The holder can not refuse the renewal. It remains bound by its commitment to the full contract period, 48 months. The services are performed on the sites listed in Annex 2 of the tender particular technical clauses of this contract.
