Contract award: Operation technology for sorting, crushing and production of alternative fuels from municipal waste (EVO). Public procurement is carried out as a Green Public Procurement. Malacky after a fire destroyed the original technology for sorting, crushing and production of alternative fuels from municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as links), t. j. after delivery and installed a new Links (cylindrical grinder TM Terminator 3400 SE disc separator Flowerdisc FD80, magnetic separator MEQL 1201Q-P; ballistic separator Balistor 6300; Fine Crusher Rasor 5400; vibratory feeder UE2200 x 2500 FS-ZLM875T, with relevant pedestals , structures, stairs, platforms, conveyor belts, containers etc.) to prepare the operating organization shall ensure that its activities impact the objectives of the project funded by the EU KF (hereinafter operator links). Route in question intends to give to the operation of the new operator - the successful bidder in the tender. The line is based on the Project financed by the Cohesion Fund of the EU located in the lobby ASA Zohor, Ltd., Bratislava 18, 900 51 Zohor. Malacky selection of new operator provides through public procurement in accordance with the Act no. 25/2006 Coll. public procurement and amending certain laws, as amended (the FTA) as over-limit contract for procurement services operator lines. Lease and operation of the line encompasses the estimated value that represents the income and expenses of the same amount (132 000 / year, 662 000 EUR / 5 years), t. j. assumed zero difference between expected returns and expected costs, which consist of the following: - Fee for acceptance of waste at the waste treatment and storage, - Proceeds from the sale of alternative fuel of sorted and crushed waste - The cost of storing heavy fraction of waste to approved landfill - The cost of logistics - transportation of processed waste as secondary raw materials for reuse (alternative fuels, metals, etc.) - Costs for the operators of the line (wages and mandatory contributions to health insurance, social insurance, tax, medical examinations, gastro tickets, working and protective equipment, etc.) - The cost of electricity to operate the line, - Cost of material associated with the repair, maintenance and renovation of lines, - The cost of renting the hall and access road, - The cost of the camera system and chipping equipment SBS - Cost - landfill taxes in the urban community, - The costs of operating the loader, - The costs of inspection and audit reports. The goal is from 40 000 t / year of municipal waste line parse at least 12 000 t / TAP and secondary raw materials, t. j. reduce the amount of stored garbage.
