The Sundmolen is an old port area and is characterized by a mix of large, old warehouses, which contain a large number of businesses, as well as new residential and commercial buildings. In connection with the architectural firm BIG being building their new headquarters at the tip of the Sundmolen, the northeastern part of the Sundmolen must be renovated and a new wooden brewing must be established.
