Business Mobility Plan For Evry Sud / Corbeil-essonnes Sector (france-evry: Transport Systems Consultancy Services) Contract award notice: Business mobility plan for evry sud / corbeil-essonnes sector (s) the purpose of this consultation is to appoint a holder to provide technical assistance and support for the business-to-business mobility plan for the evry-sud / corbeil-essonnes sector. In accordance with article 51 of law no. 2015-992 of 17.8.2015 on the energy transition for green growth (tepcv). The reflection and studies that will be carried out, The actions that will be proposed must meet the requirements of the tepcv law and the objectives defined by grand paris sud in consultation with the companies associated with the approach. This project should streamline employee travel for home / work and professional journeys in favor of alternative modes of travel. The study should optimize the service to this sector to ensure its development and attractiveness. The mission will be carried out in several phases: - phase 1: Diagnosis (appropriation of previous studies and co-construction of the methodology, Development of travel diagnosis, Synthesis), - phase 2: Action plan, - phase 3: Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation and updating of the business-to-business mobility plan. Descriptions for complementary purchases: Similar services contracts: The contract provides for the possibility of entering into negotiated contracts for the performance of similar services (article 30 of decree no 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement). Duration of the contract or time limit for completion: 30 months from the notification of the contract.
