Contract award notice: : Revitalization of Žehunský pond - removal and disposal of sediment. : The object is the disposal of about 500,000 m 3 of the sediment obtained by removing Žehunský pond. The settled sediment will be deposited in drainage lagoons, where it will be gradually drained in 2 localities. The object is therefore the loading of the sediment, its removal and disposal in a way chosen by the participant. Deposits are expected in the years 2018-2022. The actual disposal of the sediment will be in the period 2019-2023. The deposition of sediment will be evenly distributed over the 5 years of the work involved in the removal. Capacities allow for the storage of about 120,000 m 3 of sediment. Participants must count on the continuous disposal of sediment volume in each individual year. Sediment disposal (including moving from interdependence) must comply with all legal regulations. At its own expense, the Participant will arrange for the DOSS sediment to be disposed of and approved by no later than 31.12.2019. If this is not the case, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to apply a penalty to the Supplier up to the amount specified in the Business Terms and Conditions.
