Framework agreement for the supply of vaccine products for veterinary use, divided into 4 groups as follows: - lot no. 1 - mammalian tuberculin; - lot no. 2 - avian tuberculin; - lot no. 3 - carbon vaccine; - lot no. 4 - rabies vaccine, according to the technical specifications in the specifications. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and of the largest subsequent contract, related to each batch, are included in the annex to the specifications. The minimum and maximum estimated values ??of the framework agreements and the largest subsequent contracts are: - lot no. 1: mammalian tuberculin - estimated value of the framework agreement: minimum 60 090 RON excluding VAT and maximum 337 500 RON excluding VAT; the value of the largest subsequent contract is minimum 60 000 and maximum 84 375 RON excluding VAT; - lot no. 2: avian tuberculin - estimated value of the framework agreement: minimum 120 180 RON without VAT and maximum 675 000 RON without VAT; the value of the largest subsequent contract is minimum 120 000 and maximum 168 750 RON excluding VAT; - lot no. 3: carbon vaccine - estimated value: minimum 30 000 RON without VAT and maximum 200 000 RON without VAT; the value of the largest subsequent contract is minimum 29 985 and maximum 50 000 RON excluding VAT; - lot no. 4: rabies vaccine - estimated value: minimum 144 000 RON without VAT and maximum 900 000 RON without VAT; the value of the largest subsequent contract is minimum 90 000 and maximum 225 000 RON without VAT. 1) The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information within 10 days from the deadline for submitting tenders; 2) The number of days up to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders / applications: 15 days.
