Pour chaque lot, 3 candidats seront retenus par le pouvoir adjudicateur (sous réserve d~un nombre suffisant de candidats et d~offres.) La durée de l~accord-cadre est de 1 an à compter de sa notification. La conclusion des marchés subséquents passés sur la base du présent accord-cadre ne peut se faire que pendant la durée de validité de l~accord-cadre. L~accord cadre est reconductible tacitement 3 fois 12 mois, sans que la durée totale ne puisse excéder 4 ans. Conditions de renouvellement: il est renouvelable trois (3) fois 12 mois par tacite reconduction. Conformément aux dispositions l~article 16 du décret n° 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatif aux marchés publics, le titulaire ne pourra pas refuser la reconduction En cas de non reconduction, le pouvoir adjudicateur peut dénoncer l~accord cadre en faisant part de sa décision aux Titulaires, au moins 2 mois avant la fin de validité de cet accord-cadre (date anniversaire); dans le cas contraire, l~accord-cadre est reconduit.
