The contest aims to create an academic environment, and designing buildings to existing values of the University Campus maximally protect the environment worthy of 21st century infrastructure and ongoing basis for the establishment of innovative, forward-looking spirit for work. The realization of this goal, the contest is part of a broader strategy process has already begun. Within this framework, the Contracting Authority assessed the existing architectural values and potential of the area in preparation of a development planning program. It formulated the strategic goals of building renewal based on the analysis of international examples; and feasibility taking into account the distinct architectural interventions made. Survey design contest drew up the necessary documentation, preliminary studies. Campus seeks to implement the development of the Issuer in the form of this contest is the best solution and plan the task to design the most suitable design (s). The Campus renewal for the following strategically important areas to achieve: - Spatial, architectural Campus implement new functional needs, - The institution of education and jobs of modernization, - While preserving the historic values of the building to establish a creative environment of 21 century, - Develop high level to serve the functional needs suitable infrastructure, - Ensure the proper installation of today~s modern teaching technical and operational parameters. During the contest the Contracting Authority is looking for a coherent architectural design concept, which is the university~s future goals overall server space organization is able to offer suggestions and notices set out planning objectives and areas of high architectural quality program implemented. The contest winners bases, the negotiated procedure without notice shall be conducted in order to conclude a contract for the design.
