(2 ^ 1) of GEO 34/2006 (updated) by 1135 637.11 RON (VAT), representing 10% of the estimated contract value no different and unexpected; c) the amount of material provided by Enel is: 18 403 448.65 RON (VAT); they do not Offer / bid. d) other expenses (tax notices, etc.), worth 649 424.11 RON (without VAT). They are not subject to this procedure for acquisition. The estimated value of the contract to be signed, according to which it will develop and evaluate bids is 12 492 008.24 RON (VAT), comprised of the estimated contract value represented by the works of execution estimated 11 356 371.13 RON (VAT) and value for sundries and contingencies, conf. art. 29 para.
