Newly built, in the second half of the 16th century supplemented an eastern extension and consequently rebuilt several times. As part of the urban development funding, extensive measures for static-constructive backup and restorative repair of the west gable were carried out between 1999 and 2002. From 2009 to 2010 the east gable was renewed with the large staircase. However, the building has other structural defects and functional grievances that endanger the continued operation in the future.
