Postal services for group 1 include postal services in domestic traffic. Postal services for group 2 of procurement include postal services in international traffic, as follows: - The clearance, sorting, transport and delivery of postal items weighing up to 2 kg, - The clearance, sorting, transport and delivery of parcels up to 10 kg, - The clearance, sorting, transport and delivery of registered items and parcels with declared value. Postal services for group 3 include other postal services as specified in the cost estimate. In performing services which are the subject of this procurement bidder is obliged to act in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Postal Services (OG 144/12 and 153/13), the general conditions of the postal service provider for the provision of postal services rendered in accordance with Art. 44. Postal Services Act (OG 144/12 and 153/13), the acts of the Universal Postal Union for postal services in the international postal traffic, and all other applicable positive regulations pertaining to the subject of procurement. Bidders may bid for one or more groups of procurement. It is not allowed the offering of certain parts of the group.
