Various observations made since the opening of equipment to the public have given rise unsuitability of sound production in the space of the old kitchen and in the great height. Following these observations, attempts have been made to find a good compromise on the sound quality of facilities made very difficult in these parts because of their architecture. The purpose of this contract is to provide, in conditions similar to the services provided in Lot 3.1 Power - audiovisual and multimedia add-tailored sound. Pursuant to Article 35 II 6 of the Public Procurement Code, the possibility of proceeding to the conclusion of a negotiated contract without competition, was provided for by Article 17 of CCSI lot 3.1.
