The additional acquisition is to implement individual speech therapy for demanding medical rehabilitation for Kela's personal clients in the municipalities in the northern insurance district mentioned in the invitation to tender. Kela asks for tenders for face -to -face therapy (see section 9 Section 9 of the procurement procedure, contrary to the invitation to tender or an alternative offer).
