It concerns the characteristics of skid resistance, Flatness and surface damage. The contract to be contracted in the framework of the long-term planning of pavements (mjpv) concerns the annual collection of the quality characteristics of flatness and surface damage with the aid of a measuring vehicle on all lanes of the national trunk road network for a period of at least 5 years starting in 2019. Total number of lane kilometers is approximately 15 000 km per year. Partly as a result of the loss of the measuring vehicles due to a fire in 2017, Rws civ now opts for the use of market parties for the collection of the quality characteristics of flatness and surface damage, Including the use of their measuring vehicles.
