Specific constraints: busy work site, drawers operation, the presence of a pipeline (technological risk). Estimated Useful area: 4000 square meters. Estimated capacity: 450 students. Provisional schedule: Current design studies 2015/2016, work summer 2016 End 2018-2019. Provisional budget allocated to the work: nine million euros TTC value in January 2014. The mission includes a firm phase and two conditional phases Firm phase - Basic missions: esq, aps, apd, pro, act, det, aor and visa, - Complementary missions: Diagnosis of existing, SSI, energy / environment, waste Conditional phase 1: EXE Mission (in substitution of Visa) Conditional phase 2: UCI mission. The judgment criteria of offers not classified in order of importance, were: - Insertion into the site in compliance with planning rules, - Architectural treatment, - Compliance with the program, the integration of environmental and energy requirements, - Compatibility of the provisional estimate of the work with the financial framework for the work specified by the client.
