SHS provision is to ensure in particular (from 6:00 to 21:00): - Supervision of transactions in the system (issuing work permits and fire permits, control of authorizations and driving licenses, site visits, etc.) - The employees of host security, - Verification of the fire load density of premises, - The health, safety documentation, the updating of the register of activity and statistics. Home delivery is to ensure in particular (from 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.) - Welcoming staff and visitors; - Vehicle key management, - Archive management, - The use of computer tools, - Management of dosimetry equipment, - Alarm management and emergencies. The benefit may be performed on different bases and daily schedules. The different schedules and days of action are treated by options. A pre-meeting presentation of tender documents is scheduled Tuesday, 04/07/2015 at 9:00 on the CEA Cadarache site. The terms of participation in this meeting are set out in paragraph 5.3 of the consultation procedure.
