Republicii Nr. 5 Bolintin-Vale Supply Of Antineoplastic And Immunomodulatory Drugs - Laronidazum / Aldurazyme 100 U (romania-bolintin-vale: Antineoplastic And Immunomodulating Agents) Contract award notice: Supply of antineoplastic and immunomodulatory drugs - laronidazum / aldurazyme 100 u (romania-bolintin-vale: Antineoplastic and immunomodulating agents) Bolintin-Vale City Hospital wants to purchase antineoplastic and immunomodulatory drugs - Laronidazum / Aldurazyme 100 IU / ml for the treatment of patients with Hurler~s disease, according to the requirements mentioned in the specification attached to this documentation. Following this procedure, the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for the supply of products (all conditions are established, the award of subsequent contracts will be made without the resumption of competition) with max. three economic operators, in accordance with art. 20 paragraph (8) of GD 395/2016. It is estimated that a number of eight subsequent contracts will be concluded throughout the framework agreement, with a quarterly frequency throughout the framework agreement. The maximum expected quantity of supply of the products that are the object of the present purchase in the framework agreement is 1 908 bottles. The minimum expected quantity of supply of the products that are the object of the present purchase within the framework agreement is 954 bottles. The contracting authority establishes the minimum period between the date of submission of the participation notice and the deadline for submitting tenders of 15 days, based on art. 74 paragraph (3) of Law 98/2016, according to which If an emergency situation, duly demonstrated by the contracting authority, makes it impossible to respect the period provided for in par. (1), the contracting authority may set a reduced period for the submission of tenders, which may not be less than 15 days from the date of transmission for publication of the participation notice.
