The subject of the public contract is the execution of works, which are specified according to the project documentation for the execution of the project on modernization of gynecology-obstetrics and pediatric ward Hospital Salty processed by Ing. Jan Mrzílek, Studeneves 96, 273 79 Turany. The subject of the public contract includes building alterations especially the reconstruction of gynecology-obstetrics and pediatric ward Hospital Salty consisting in the reconstruction of the existing building Hospital Building D Salty and complete perfect execution of all construction and installation works including supply of necessary materials, machinery and equipment necessary to complete the work, further carrying out all activities related to the supply of construction and assembly work to be undertaken for the proper completion of the work required. The subject matter is specified project documentation for the construction, which is annexed to the tender documentation. Within the construction work will rise up areas 2.NP. The main modifications are proposed under the second floor, it is primarily a shift delivery room, including waiting rooms and rooms with beds already made to the construction site extension object. Outside adjustments dispositional character will primarily an exchange surfaces, implementation of the new distribution water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation and wiring. Construction work is part of a new distribution of medical gases and refurbishing existing operational tripods and lighting. Also, it will replace old wooden windows with new plastic parts and repair the facade concerned dispositional modifications within 2.NP (zoom in or walling window openings, etc.). Given that all construction work will be conducted in full operation gynecological-obstetric and pediatric departments must be done very sensitively and with respect to the operation of medical equipment, in conjunction with officials Hospital Salty.
