The minimum value of the range represents the estimated value of this procedure by 31.12.2017 (according to which the offers will be elaborated and evaluated), and the maximum value is the estimated value, which also contains the value of the additional possibilities, for which the contract may be prolonged with 4 months, by an additional act, according to art. 165 of GD 395/2016, without changing the initial contractual conditions, respectively until 30.4.2018. The financial offer submitted by the bidders, whose price exceeds the estimated value of 2 100 000 RON without VAT, will be declared unacceptable.
