The approximately 20-year-old plants no longer correspond to today's requirements for a modern link point and should be reversed and expanded barrier-free. Since the new ZOB is based on the areas of the existing ZOB, a temporary provision must be built for new construction, so that bus operation can remain upright on the ZOB in the time of the conversion.
