For the application called Harmony Sirh V4 (presented in detail to the parts of the market) are expected, under the contract, the following services: 1 - initialization; 2 - realization of major projects: - Site 1: the pre-liquidation payroll: - Sub-site 1: detailed design, - Sub-site 2: settings and developments needed to pr?liquidation, - Sub-site 3: achieving the band interface Gest, - Sub-site 4: integration of file payroll returns (PAY application DGFiP) out KA files in harmony - Sub-site 5: deployment and generalization, - Site 2: data recovery, - Sub-site recovery pr?liquidation data - Sub-site data recovery GTA, - Sub-site data recovery LSO (learning solution) - Site 3: compliance with the renovated FPE kernel, - Site 4: dematerialization, - Site No. 5: the revamping of the portal; 3 - standard maintenance (corrective, preventive, minor improvements and maintenance of data integrity) 4 - adaptive maintenance; 5 - evolutionary maintenance; 6 - Level 2 support; 7 - technical assistance; 8 - special work; 9 - reversibility.
