Implementation mustincludes, in addition to the electrical and cable installations required for the monitoring devices, the implementation of the infrastructure required for the devices, including the installation racks and their foundations and supports required for the monitoring devices. In the implementations, as a rule, national ones operatenear border crossings, port, road and rail areas. The procurement was divided into two sub-areas as follows: • Sub-area 1: Pohjois-Pohjanmaa, Kainuu and Lapland • Sub-area 2: Other areas (rest of Finland) Tulli concludes the framework agreement for cablingand equipment installations with the selected supplier for total and partial contracts. A framework agreement of two (2) years will be entered into with the supplier who won the competition, in addition to which Customs reserves the right to extend the framework agreement with two separate option periods of one (1) year (1 year + 1 year).
