The system must be based on modern technologies and the principle of providing micro -services between individual functional units and when taking into account the outputs of the stage I. Project Sista on the Ecosystem structure, the use of technologies and, last but not least, supplier recommendations. The innovation of existing ISE and IS beta systems in the form of consolidation or gradual replacement is important to significantly reduce the risk of “Vendor” or ”knowledge locus”.
