The new -build volume Blok D with its 34 residents' rooms and appurtenance is connected to the existing building volume Blok B by means of a ground floor connection. The new building consists of 4 storeys, 1 of which are underground and 3 above ground. The footprint of the building is approximately 1,465m². The entire new construction project is heated by geothermal heat pump. Plot 1 concerns the entire structural work (wind-waterproof) and limited demolition works for freeing the plot. Plot 2 concerns the entire HVAC and sanitary installation for the new construction project. Plot 3 concerns the entire electrical installation with care call system tailored to the care institution.
