This contract is for the maintenance and the work of the automatic watering on the entire territory of the City, six water fountains and 2 pools. The contractor may be commissioned to perform work rehabilitation or creation of automatic irrigation and different City facilities and will refer to the schedule of unit prices referenced in this market and / or the catalog and this for the duration of the market. In an emergency, the Contractor agrees to respond within 48 hours after the request of the head of the department Green Areas of the City of Saint Maurice. The contract involves: - Preventive maintenance (4 times per year) of automatic irrigation systems, water fountains and 2 pools described in Annex 1 FGPD a page, - Corrective maintenance that is to say, repairs payable from the prices in the price schedule (see Annex 2 BPU 11 pages and Annex 3 of the BPU part of a page) and / or Catalogue (s) with its public rate: maximum annual total of 12 400 EUR HT. This works contract is concluded for an initial period of 12 months. The market is tacitly renewable 3 times 12 months without its maximum period shall not exceed four (4) years. The contracting authority may terminate the contract by communicating its decision to the holder, at least two months before the end of validity of the market (the anniversary); otherwise, the contract is renewed.
